SUMMER CAMP

Join us this Summer for Guitarfish Performance Academy! Whether you’re a beginning student or just looking to refine your skills, our highly qualified instructors will get you the custom coaching necessary to perform on stage. Students will learn together over the span of 5 days culminating in a live band experience that prepares them for real world performance.

Science of Sound

Science of Sound focuses on live sound and how the gadgets and gizmos on a stage come together to produce what you hear at a concert. Our instructor has over 12 years experience in live sound and performance.  Learn how microphones, mixers, effects, amplifiers, speakers, and cables affect sound coming from the stage. You’ll even get to be the audio engineer for a live band!

Anatomy of an Electric Guitar

The Anatomy of the Electric Guitar let’s students dissect an electric guitar piece by piece to find out exactly how all the parts fit together to produce the iconic sounds of this instrument. You’ll also learn how special effects pedals and amplifiers make those wild sounds!
